This is the first book I
have ever met which deals equally well with the
three-pronged approach to Chinese esoteric knowledge -
Feng Shui, Chinese Astrology and Chinese Spiritual
Alchemy ( in fact, this is a reflection of classical
Jing-Qi-Shen, Body-Energy-Spirit integral method ). I
strongly recommend it to any devoted practitioner of
Spiritual Alchemy, especially the Spiritual Qi Gong
chapters which give details about highest levels of
