Empty Shopping Cart at Checkout
Some customers have reported their
shopping cart empties when attempting to checkout and we
are currently working on a server based solution to this
problem. While we are trying to resolve this issue with
our Web store
please try the following browser based solution, it should allow you to
checkout without any problems.
In The Internet Explorer Browser:
Choose the "Tools" menu option and then select “Internet Options”.
Select the “Privacy” tab and click the ‘Advanced” tab.
Next check the
“override automatic cookies handling” check box and select
both “Accept” Radio buttons (Accepts first party, third party
cookies). Also check the “Always allow session cookies "
option.
This should solve the problem with your shopping cart
being emptied at checkout, however if you still
have a problem checking out or prefer to send us your order

quantities. After receiving your request we will email you an invoice, which can
