from the Feng Shui Artworks Web site may be returned in their original,
unused condition within thirty (30) days for a full refund
(does not include shipping charges or special orders).
Although we may offer a flat rate shipping fee our
actual shipping charges are usually much more than the
flat rate fee to ship your package. The amount we
actually paid to ship your order will be deducted from
any refunds.
To return an item
YOU MUST
Contact Us before returning
your order. Failure to contact us before returning
an order will be grounds for refusing your request for a refund,
furthermore your
product may not be returned to you until you pay a shipping and
handling charge equal to the actual shipping rate plus a
handling fee of $5 US.
All returned items must be
insured for an amount equal to the value of the product
being returned.
Return shipping charges are to be paid by the
